The Alex Rodriguez show continues. The Yankees slugger was hit by a pitch in the second inning of Sunday's game by Boston Red Sox pitcher Ryan Dempster before homering off Dempster in the sixth inning leading to a Yankees 9-6 win over the Red Sox.

The Yankees, Red Sox game had the usual drama that comes when the two AL East rivals meet. At one point, after A-Rod was hit by a pitch, Yankees manager Joe Girardi got into umpire Brian O'Nora's face after he warned both benches. Girardi felt the hit-by-pitch warranted an ejection.

Off the field, A-Rod's new lawyer Joe Tacopina continued to go on the offensive against the Yankees as the slugger's feud with both MLB and the Yankees continues.
