Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury on 30 counts including charges of using weapons of mass destruction and bombing a place of public use, according to the Associated Press. The 19-year-old Chechen man and his older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who died during a police shootout following the bombings, are suspected of orchestrating the Boston Marathon bombings that left three people dead and 260 injured.
