Is there any accountability in government anymore? Yet another politician is in the middle of a Federal investigation involving corruption. State Senator John Sampson turned himself into authorities on Monday and is reportedly being charged with embezzlement, obstruction of justice and witness tampering. This, along with numerous other topics was covered with former New York gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino on "The John Gambling Show" Tuesday morning.

Paladino laid into the state's politicians and didn’t mince words when talking to John Gambling on WOR 710. No one was safe from Paladino who criticized everyone from Governor Cuomo to the media. The Buffalo businessman said if Governor Cuomo and prosecutors wanted to they could do something about the "culture of corruption" currently consuming government. Listen below to Paladino's take on the lack of accountability in state government.

Paladino continued the attack when talking about Cuomo's lack of action on a decision regarding fracking in upstate New York. "That's a prime example of the failed leadership of this liberal elitist government that we continue to have in this state," Paladino told John on WOR 710. The businessman and political activist from Buffalo also put the blame on Albany’s press core. "These young kids in the press are just terrible," Paladino said. "That Albany press core is just terrible, they let them (politicians) get away with the nonsense."
