The Manhattan DA has upgraded their charges against undercover NYPD Detective Wojciech Braszczok, who was arrested earlier this week for his role in the brutal attack on the driver of an SUV. Gothamist reports that at Braszczok's arraignment Wednesday an additional charge of first degree gang assault was added to charges of riot and criminal mischief.

There is allegedly video showing Braszczok striking the back window of Alexian Lien's Range Rover during the attack on Lien. Braszczok did not seem to join in on the actual attack of Lien, but he allegedly also kicked the passenger side of the range rover.

Gothamist reports that another biker was arrested Wednesday. Clint Caldwell was charged with gang assault, making him the sixth biker involved in the Sept. 29 incident that has been arrested and charged. According to police sources that talked with Gothamist, more arrests are coming, including the arrests of more off-duty cops.
