The fallout has begun from the road rage incident between the driver of an SUV and a group of motorcyclists this past weekend on the West Side Highway. The disturbing video that has made its way around the Internet over the past couple days shows a Range Rover with a husband, wife, and their 2-year-old inside plowing through a group of motorcycles, starting a high speed chase.

The video follows the chase, which includes the bikers trying to open the doors of the Range Rover, until the end of the video, when it stops abruptly when one of the bikers begins smashing in the driver’s side window. The bikers then reportedly dragged the driver from his car and beat him. Although it is hard to tell what initially sparked the entire incident, it seems the driver felt threatened when the bikers surrounded his car which had his wife and 2-year-old inside, causing him to drive over at least one of the bikers.

Police have since arrested two of the bikers who they say started the incident. The New York Daily News reports that 28-year-old Christopher Cruz and 42-year-old Allen Edwards have been arrested. Cruz has reportedly been charged with menacing, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child. Edwards has been charged with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and menacing. The driver of the SUV, Alexian Lien, received stitches for the slash wound he got and was released from the hospital. Meanwhile, one of the bikers, Edwin Mieses is in the hospital with broken legs, bruised lungs, and spine fractures. His wife and family fear that he will never walk again.

Now, as two people so far have been charged and two others were hospitalized, the question becomes...who is to blame for this violent incident? Let us know what you think by taking our poll below. You can watch the video below to see the incident for yourself.
