A real estate company in New York is offering up 15% raises to its 800 employees. All the employees have to do is get the company's logo tattooed somewhere on their body.

CBS New York reports that Rapid Realty owner Anthony Lolli came up with the idea after an employee voluntarily got a tattoo of the company's logo on himself.  Lolli figured he should repay the employee and came up with the idea.

According to CBS New York, 40 employees have already taken Lolli up on his offer. Employees can get the company logo tattooed anywhere on their body in any size. Are times that tough that employees need to get a tattoo for a raise or is this a case of some serious company pride? You can check out the company logo and tattoos in CBS New York's news report below.
