NYPD Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has been receiving quite a bit of attention and support for a potential nomination to become the next Director of Homeland Security. However, it seems not everyone is happy about the idea of Kelly taking over for Janet Napolitano.

My Fox NY reports that the members from 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement, the National Latino Officers Association and the Grand Council of Guardians protested Kelly's possible nomination on Sunday. The protests were centered on the NYPD's controversial stop-and-frisk program. Protesters argued that some of Kelly’s programs, such as stop-and-frisk, are racially biased.
