(New York, NY) -- The Rangers used a four-goal second period to pick up a 5-2 win over the Jets at Madison Square Garden. Mats Zuccarello, J.T. Miller, Jesper Fast and Pavel Buchnevich all hit the back of the next in a seven-minute-and-three second span. Henrik Lundqvist stopped 24 shots for New York, which has won five in-a-row and scored at least five goals in each victory. Patrik Laine and Mark Scheifele had the scores for Winnipeg. Connor Hellebuyck gave up four goals on only 16 shots as the Jets have lost four-of-five.
