Subway Power Outage Leads To Extensive Delays

If you're using the MTA this morning check for delays! It's a mess out there! Our own Wendy Wild got stuck underground for two hours!

From ABC7:

"There was a power outage Friday morning at the Seventh Avenue and West 53rd Street subway station affecting service on a number of lines. The biggest impacts are on B subways throughout the entire line, and there are no M trains in Queens and most of Manhattan.A, B, C, D, E, F, J, M, N, Q and R trains are all impacted -- mostly delays or trains running on different lines.Starting at 7:30 a.m., there were initially a few trains stuck between stations, but they were able to get to the closest station on their own. There were no injuries or evacuations reported.Con Edison is on scene at West 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue to investigate the power issue. They just arrived on scene there. It's not clear what caused the outage yet."
