New York City's popular Magnolia Bakery is planning a massive nationwide expansion over the next five years, according to a new report.
The cupcake parlor is looking to open 200 new locations around the country over the next five years, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The bakery first opened in the West Village in 1996, and has since become a tourist destination after being featured on "Sex and the City" and other NYC-based films and movies.
Currently, Magnolia has locations in Chicago, LA, and Boston and have a few storefronts internationally as well.
