Sunday afternoon, the Blink-182 drummer popped the question at a beachside hotel in Montecito, California. Some of their friends and her family were on hand to witness. Travis placed an elaborate floral arrangement on the beach. According to TMZ, "He pulled out all the stops before presenting her with an engagement ring and asking her to be his wife."
