The one question every actress walking the red carpet, especially during awards season, can expect to be asked is some variation of "Who are you wearing?" While attending the Golden Globes on Sunday night, Emma Stone was asked to talk "about her dress this evening." The La La Land actress looked down at her (obviously gorgeous) Valentino gown, and did her best to describe something literally everybody could see for themselves. Her hilariously sassy response was that "it's pink and there are stars on it."
Apart from having this award worthy moment on the red carpet, Stone went on to win the Golden Globe for Best actress in a motion picture, musical or comedy for her work in La La Land. This was her third Golden Globe nomination and her first win. La La Land pretty much swept the Globes, taking home 7 awards on Sunday night. The modern, original musical broke the record for most Golden Globes won by a movie, which is pretty impressive. Stone, though, was too busy answering questions about her sparkly star dress to talk about the monumental night.
JK! She graciously accepted her award, sweetly thanking her mom and (of course) Ryan Gosling. She looked fabulous while doing it, as well, thanks to her pink, star covered gown.
