Celine Dion is the butt of a lot of jokes today -- because a Canadian soccer fan just tattooed her face on his rear end after losing a bet.
Matt, who wouldn't release his last name, wagered that his beloved Toronto FC would beat the Seattle Sounders in the Major League Soccer final, but his squad came up short and lost on penalty kicks. True to his word, Matt headed to the tattoo parlor with one of his pals and got the ink placed where he promised -- along with an image of the league's trophy.
