A McDonalds worker from South Florida may have saved a woman's life this week! Pedro Viloria was taking a regular breakfast order for an off-duty Miami police officer and her kids at the drive-thru window. When he went to hand her the food he noticed something was wrong, he saw that she was barely breathing and the kids were screaming. Pedro jumped out of the window to try and help her and help comfort the kids. She was then rushed to a nearby hospital. He said when he saw her struggling he immediately went into hero mode.
