Aaron and Evan are two adorable twins from Washington Heights. They were out for a drive in their Power Wheels the other night (with their parents following closely behind) when some NYPD officers decided to have some fun with the young boys. They were driving on the side walk when the officers pulled up with their lights flashing. The twins were getting pulled over! The Police Officers new the parents were playing along when their father began to film the encounter. One of the officers asked the driving toddler "do you have a license?". Then they even tried to ticket them! All in good fun and we bet the twins felt really bad ass for getting in trouble with the law at such a young age!
