Breaking: Police Arrest 23-Year-Old Man In Connection With Concert Bombing, Isis Claims Responsibility

There's more information coming in about the apparent terrorist attack that killed at least 22 people and injured about 59 Monday night when an explosion occurred at the end of an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena in England. Including an arrest. A man has been arrested over the terror attack. The 23-year-old was arrested in South Manchester this morning in relation to the attack. Right after we got the news regarding the arrest the news broke that Isis has claimed responsibility on the attack.

The explosion took place outside of the arena in a public foyer.

British Prime Minister Theresa May released a statement that said, "We are working to establish the full details of what is being treated by police as an appalling terrorist attack. All our thoughts are with the victims and the families of those who have been affected."

Campaigning in England's general election, set for June, has been suspended.

Ariana Grande, who reportedly has canceled the remainder of her European tour, tweeted, "Broken. From the bottom of my heart, I am so, so sorry. I don't have words."
