Justin Bieber is offering a little make-up present to fans bummed out about his canceling the last leg of his Purpose tour -- a brand-new song that will drop on Thursday.
Justin tweeted the simple question, "Can we still be friends?," followed by a series of one-liners offering the official title, release date and word that it's a collaboration with Bloodpop -- who helped him out on "Sorry."
He'll break the Internet Thursday at the stroke of noon when the song drops on all platforms.
