Military Dad Surprises Son During His Football Game

A coin toss before a high school football game in Connecticut on Friday took an emotional turn when one player's military dad disguised himself as a referee and surprised his son at midfield.

Master Sergeant Joe Egersheim, a 35-year military vet, returned from Kuwait and wanted to surprise his son, Cole, and his cheerleader daughter, Olivia.

While lined up for the coin toss, Joe turned and looked at Cole who couldn't believe it. He was overcome with emotion as he hugged his dad. Olivia then ran onto the field as players on both teams clapped and cheered.
