Watch EXO & CL's Incredible Performance at Winter Olympics Closing Ceremony

K-pop was front and center on the world stage as EXO and CL performed at the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympic Closing Ceremony on Sunday, February 25th. Following children ice skaters and a classical Korean court dance, EXO and former 2NE1 singer CL were the highlights of the night for many, representing the massive popularity of the K-pop industry.

Called the “Song of Passion” portion of the closing ceremony, CL performed the 2Ne1 classic, “I Am the Best,” her smash hit “The Baddest Female,” and a snippet of “Hello Bitches” while sporty a futuristic sci-fi inspired look. The performance also marked CL's first solo performance on South Korean television in years.

Exo performed an incredible medley of their hits and brought 43 backing dancers, ATVs, and a solo opening from group member Kai featuring a traditional Korean percussionist. Notably, Chinese member Lay did not make an appearance.

The Closing Ceremony ended with a dance party fueled by EDM stars DJ Raiden and Martin Garrix

EXO and CL also held a meet-and-greet where they were seen with Ivanka Trump, South Korean president Moon Jae In and First Lady Kim Jung Sook.
