She's honest about how challenging it can be to give up things like dairy and gluten and she loves sharing her favorite healthy recipes with her fans.
Kourtney is still human, though, and allows herself to have some more relaxed days when it comes to her diet, especially when she travels. "I don't want to throw my body off by eating whatever I want when I travel and then be really strict other times," Kourt explained, so, she'll allow herself to have tasty treats like ice cream and pizza in moderation. She also doesn't like calling those special instances "cheat days" because she feels it's negative, "which doesn't make sense for all the hard work and eating healthy I do most of the time."
As for her rigorous workout routine, Kourt said starting to exercise in her late thirties has transformed her life for the better. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she told E! "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically."
