Sam aka Coach and Connie's time on The Amazing Race was short lived no thanks to Covid 19. However, in the midst of uncertainty with the pandemic, one thing was solid strong, and that was the love they have for one another. It wasn't always like that. In fact, when the race first started, their relationship was rocky and neither knew how their romance would end up.
Life sure has a way of turning things around. During the 19 month pitstop, Sam & Connie were blessed with a beautiful baby boy, Elijah Rock Greiner. This was the main reason the couple could not return to finish the race. Elijah's middle name, Rock, is actually symbolic. At the pitstop in Scotland, there was a huge gentleman holding an enormous rock and somehow that "rock" was a reminder of how solid their relationship really was. Real love ❤️ conquers all.
The happy couple are enjoying their time with their kids and looking forward to the opportunity of being called back onto The Amazing Race to finish what they started. We sure hope it happens!
