Airline Passenger Uses Both Hands To Stop Person's Reclining Seat

Recently, a woman on a flight traveling from Paris to Los Angeles was captured on video using both of her hands to prevent the person in front of her from reclining her seat. In the video you can see the woman behind using both hands to stop the seat in front from moving back. I think this brings forth the debate: just because the seats on an airplane recline, should that be your right to do so? Or is a gross invasion of personal space?

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but no," she says as she continues her attempts.

On my most recent flight the man in front of me decided to recline, and I remember feeling extremely claustrophobic. Each situation is going to be different, for instance if someone has their laptop out - you definitely should not recline. What are your thoughts on this?
