We Talked to Richard this morning, Ronald was officially fired immediately after that WORs call aired.
Richard told us that he actually had the guts to ask for a reference. The interesting thing we learned is that another female employee that was apparently involve with Donald, quit her job at the fast food angry over the firing of Donald. Richard told us that "Donald had some sort of spell over her and convinced her to leave".
Needless to say Donald didn’t get that reference he wanted.
