Dua Lipa continues her quest to break into acting. The UK press reports that singer has just landed a role in the upcoming “Barbie” movie, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling.
This is the second film role Dua has landed. She’s set to make her big screen debut in the movie “Argylle,” which was shot last year.
“Dua is making waves in both music and movies,” a source tells “The Sun. “She really impressed in ‘Argylle’ and word spread around Hollywood about how good she was,” adding, “Dua is quickly proving there is far more to her than just being a pop star. She has an exciting future ahead of her in films.”
So far there’s no word on what role Dua will play in “Barbie.”
