Transit Study Will Look Into Running 7 Train Into New Jersey

An idea that was talked about years ago is suddenly being revived! A top port authority official brought up the idea of extending the No. 7 line into New Jersey on Tuesday according to The NY Post. 

During remarks at a Crain's New York event, PA Executive Director Rick Cotton said running the MTA line into the Garden State would be part of a study about boosting service for commuters across the Hudson River more than 20 years into the future.

The Port Authority will be working with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and NJ Transit on the study. How awesome would this be?!
