Taylor Swift doubled-down on her donation to an autistic child.
Two years ago, Taylor gave $10,000 to the GoFundMe page of 5-year-old Jacob Hill. His family needed help getting him a service dog. So Jacob’s big sister re-wrote Taylor’s “Blank Space” lyrics at the GoFundMe Page. “We got a long list of donations / But we don’t see your name / We got a blank space baby / So donate today.” That caught Taylor's attention and she donated.
She was charitable a second time on Saturday, in Houston. Jacob Hill brought his therapy dog Reid to Taylor’s Reputation Stadium Tour concert. Thanks to her, Jacob sat in the front row with his sister and their mother.
Jacob met Taylor for the first time backstage. Mom shared on Facebook, “Taylor said Reid was a big puffball. She was especially awesome with Jacob. She got down on her knees and looked him right in the eyes. She was thankful HE came to her show.”
