Beware of the Amazon Scam email

Tis' the season to get scammed!

Beware Amazon users! There‚Äôs an email going around asking Amazon customers to confirm their banking information in order to access their Amazon account. Customers are told to click on a link that appears to take them to the company's website. However, the link actually takes users to a fake, authentic-looking phishing site. The site then asks users to type in their bank details to re-verify their account. DON"T DO IT! If you do, you'll be giving crooks your bankng info. Amazon says they will never ask for details including your bank account info, credit card PIN, or passwords.  Please be careful shopping this holiday season.
