Camila Cabello Reveals Amazing Advice from Taylor Swift

Camila Cabello stopped by to hang out with Lulu y Lala at the 103.5 KTU studios. Camila quickly bonded with the twins over being Latina and even spoke a little Spanish with them. She told them that she thinks in Spanish when she spends a lot of time with her family, but when she's working it switches to English.

Camila told Lulu y Lala about her debut solo album The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving, which will drop sometime in September. The 20-year-old singer has already released "Crying in the Club" and "I Have Questions," but promised there is much more to come...including a tour. She wouldn't give too much away, however, she says there are "surprises" coming in the future. Camila did say which of her first two singles was harder to write. "Both of those had a really different process, so 'Questions' I started writing all the lyrics to like a year and a half ago and the lyrics were easy to write because it was just me talking. It was just me venting," Camila explained. "And 'Crying in the Club' was basically something that I had basically met with Benny Blanco and I played a bunch of the songs that I had, including 'I Have Questions,' and he sent me a demo of Sia doing 'Crying in the Club' a week after. I knew it was just a piece of the puzzle that had to go in my album. I wrote the bridge and added my bits to it."

Camila opened up about her friendship with Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez, as well. She revealed some pretty amazing advice Taylor gave her about boys and relationships. While Camila said she loves hanging at home and binge watching shows like Gossip Girl and Friends on Netflix, she's still a 20-year-old girl dealing with the dating world. "She once told me, which is something my mom has told me as well, is to just leave them with memories they're going to miss," Camila said of Taylor's best boy advice. "Leave them with experiences they're not going to forget."

Camila talked about the possibility of collaborating with Selena, which is something fans would love to see. "She also texted me, which was so nice. She was like 'I'm so proud of you. I'm here if you need anything,' but that would be amazing." Camila said of the potential duet. "She's so sweet. She's always been really sweet to me, so that's really cool."

Now we just have to wait until September! We know we're going to love this next chapter of Camila's career.
