Kim Kardashian recently invited fans into a wild flashback where she felt like she was "going to die" due to the suffocating nature of a dress she wore to the 2024 Met Gala.
The SKIMS founder zoomed in on the one-of-a-kind "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion" look during a confessional in the latest episode of The Kardashians, which aired on Thursday (February 13) morning via Hulu.
The stunning Margiela by John Galliano dress, featuring a striking silver corset (per People), was gorgeous but extremely uncomfortable.
"It’s definitely a performance piece. I mean, God bless the Bridgerton cast that has to dress like this every single day. That would be so difficult."
The reality star got candid about the look, revealing she felt like she was "going to throw up" and couldn't breathe after wearing the dress for "so long."
"I am claustrophobic. I've never felt this way before, where I feel like I can't breathe. It's like I can handle it for so long, but I have to pee, I can't breathe, I can't get this off, so... I was like I'm going to die if you don't get this off of me right now. I’ve never been more uncomfortable."
Discomfort shifted to panic during a limo ride with her friend LaLa Anthony later that night. Kim removed the dress, exposing purple marks all over her back from how tight the corset was. When asked if she would go through the pain again for the sake of the look, Kardashian resounded, "Abso-f***ing-lutely."
"That's just who I am. If you look good, it's all worth it."
