How much would you pay for a parking spot?

In a real estate market known for luxury high rises and beautiful brownstones, one new listing is turning heads.

A parking spot... yes, a single parking spot, is up for sale at 845 Union Street in Park Slope Brooklyn. The asking price: $300,000!

The whopping price tag doesn't even include fees, such as maintenance and taxes which total almost $300 per month.

To give you an idea of what people have previously paid, a spot in the same garage sold for $80,000 four years ago.
