We've found out that Fran ended up pleading innocent. After speaking with NYPD on an update, we also found out that she continues to be held without bail and her court date has been pushed back twice.
Her trial is now scheduled to go in front of a jury in August. Brian has had several checkups regarding his health and is doing fine, but is still scared on what the long term implications will be after being poisoned.
