Scientists Create An Artificial Womb That Could Help Save Premature Babies

Researchers at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia have successfully kept a fetal lamb in the watery-incubation for weeks, where the animal grew wool, opened its eyes and became more active, according to Nature Communications.

While this is amazing news that we might soon have the ability to save premature babies, this step forward is controversial as some see the lines blurred as to what defines 'fetus.'
