Sexy Handmaid? So ... a costume company made the tone-deaf decision to try and sell a “Sexy Handmaid’s Tale” costume. The costume, dubbed the “Brave Maiden Costume” and sold by fashion brand Yandy, featured a red miniskirt and cape, and, of course, a white bonnet. Needless to say, it created an uproar – and Yandy pulled the costume from its site. (Independent)
