"Wally" The Emotional Support Alligator Goes Viral

And in your weird news today:

A Pennsylvania man is getting a lot of attention for his unusual emotional support animal.  Joie Henney walked his pet alligator into a senior living facility in York, Pennsylvania. He introduced the four-foot-long “Wally the alligator” to the elderly residents.

Wally is kept on a leash like a dog. Henney insists, "He's just like a dog. He wants to be loved and petted." He says Wally is a calm alligator and has never tried to bite anyone.
