It seems that rumors of a possible engagement aren't the only rumors going around about Khloe Kardashian and her Cleveland Cavaliers star boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.
A source revealed to the celebrity website called X17 online (quote) “The pregnancy came as a surprise, particularly since Tristan's ex-girlfriend is currently pregnant.”
This certainly complicates things... if it's true. Other sources seem to be running with the story as well.
One thing's for sure, these two are REALLY into each other.
