According to NEW YORK (FOX5NY) - 'Clifford Jones was aboard the Long Island Rail Road train that crashed at the Atlantic Terminal on Wednesday. 103 people were injured including Jones. He is now suing the Metropolitan Transportation Authority for $5 million due to those injuries.'
The derailment which occurred during Wednesday's commute left over 100 people injured. The cause has not been confirmed as of yet, but the train was said to be traveling twice the speed it was supposed to be while entering the station.
