Why do we have leap years? 📅
The Earth actually takes “365.256ish” days to orbit the sun. Adding Feb. 29 to the calendar every four years makes up for that quarter of a day.
Leap Day is a day to celebrate when it rolls around -- A lot of companies jumped on board to offer up some deals and freebies... these are the ones I know about off the top of my head (and just a heads up, most still require a purchase...)
Chipotle has free guacamole, Dunkin’ has a medium coffee for $2, Krispy Kreme has a $2.29 a dozen deal, Insomnia Cookies gives you a free extra cookie.
Where are all my leap babies at?
