How Long Does It Take You To Fall Asleep?

How long does it take you to actually fall asleep each night? As soon as your head hits the pillow? Or after 45 minutes of doom-scrolling? Some interesting stats come from our friends over at The National Sleep Foundation suggests it should take a healthy person about 15 to 20 minutes to fall asleep.

If you pass out sooner than that, it could be a sign of exhaustion or burnout.

And on the other hand, if it takes you a lot longer, it could mean stress, depression or even sleep apnea. So do what you can to adjust for that 15-20 minute window. For me, I know that means putting the phone away!
